Light and Healthy
I consider cooking a lively and dynamic process, in which I integrate various food cultures. Our cuisine is at odds with nature and its four seasons; products and recipes are tuned according to the current season.
Processing faultless primary products, cold-drawn high quality oils, and fresh herbs as natural as possible, provide the basics for our light and healthy Vitality cuisine.
In this way dining becomes a real pleasure.
