The fresh and nutritious water, which was already being given to cattle and guests centuries ago, was taken from the Ziggl Fountain of the then called Kronenwirt. The water in the fountain was drained from deep under the ground in Bressanone.

It was this Ziggl Fountain, which supplied the initial kick-start for a completely new, really special idea - the idea of the Vital Hotel.

On this occasion we also built a monument for the fountain itself. The fountain soars four floors towards the sky.
