My favourite tours

An easy tour to start! A short uphill from Brixen/Bressanone on the „chestnut trail“, then continue on byroad until Klausen/Chiusa. Return alongside the Eisack river always on asphalt road. Starting from the Hotel Krone in Brixen/Bressanone towards west on road no. 2a to chapel St. Cyrillus. Continue on the road to Pinzagen, turn right and then left on a gravel road to Tötschling. Follow sign 11, then no. 11 towards Felthurns/Velturno. Follow sign no. 12 to Pardell. Downhill on trail no.1a towards Klausen/Chiusa. Continue towards north, cross the river Eisack and continue on gravel road no. 4 alongside the river until Albeins. From there follow sign no. 9 until Brixen/Bressanone. Alex recommends: A little rest in Felthurns/Velturno! Admire the legendary castle of Velthurns and enjoy the panorama over the Eisack valley!
